Hola Ana, los paxs Roberson quedaron muy conformes con el hotel, les envío sus comentarios:
I cannot say enough about Los Cerros. The hotel was lovely. Everyone on staff was so friendly – the airport transfer driver, the wait staff, the receptionists, and the manager. They treated both my father and I like royalty and yet like family. I really hope to return. Los Cerros was particularly accommodating around our dietary needs. They would alter the menu just for our needs. They were very kind to do that.

El staff de All Patagonia, quiere agradecerles por el esfuerzo y colaboración prestada en los días en que el grupo VOLVO se encontró en vuestra propiedad ya que sin su dedicación no se hubiesen podido concretar en la forma que se realizo.
Es por eso que no queríamos dejar de agradecerles, esperando poder a futuro seguir trabajando en conjunto de la misma manera. Del mismo modo y aprovechando la fecha del año en la que nos encontramos, la empresa All Patagonia les hace llegar nuestros mejores deseos para estas fiestas esperando tengan una Feliz Navidad y un prospero Año Nuevo. Hi Rita,
Well, first let me take this opportunity to thank you again for organising my stays at both Los Cerros and Los Notros.
My stay with Los Cerros was wonderful, and of the very highest quality from the moment of arrival to the point of departure. What impressed me most, I think, was the staff, all of whom were professional, friendly without being intrusive and always ready to offer a smile. Everything I needed was done quickly and professionally.
The food at the restaurant was just fabulous. Please pass my congratulations onto the chef. I found the menu to be creative and the cuisine delicious – I especially enjoyed those dishes where traditional, regional cuisine was given a modern twist e.g. the hare carpaccio starter, the mille feuille deer with mushrooms and goat cheese main. Again, the service at the restaurant was first class. And the views of the valley from the restaurant! Wonderful.
What else? The rooms were excellently equipped and perfectly comfortable. I would also like to put in a good word about the excursion to Lago Desierto. Cecilia the guide was excellent, and I liked the relaxed, laid back nature of the excursion, with the emphasis on personalised attention.
Thank you also for arranging the excursion to Estancia Cristina and the Upsala Glacier at such short notice. Again the excursion was excellent, the scenery just breathtaking. I loved the history of the estancia – a fascinating story.
Arriving back from the excursion in the evening meant that I had less time to enjoy my one night at Los Notros, but all the same, it was a lovely stay. The views from my room were amazing, and there can be no hotel in Argentina that enjoys a better location. I also loved the mountain-lodge design of the hostería, which fits in so harmoniously with its forested surroundings. The interior, with its communal spaces and spacious lounge area was the perfect place to relax after a long excursion.
Again, the cuisine at the restaurant was exquisite - with exceptional views from the restaurant also - while the staff at the hostería were extremely helpful too, organising a couple of things for me at short notice (please pass on my thanks).
So, I am delighted to say that I look forward to including both Los Cerros and Los Notros in the new Eyewitness Travel Guide to Argentina, due for publication in April 2008. Thank you again for two wonderful stays.

Hola Chicas!!!, cómo están???
Quería contarles que ya estamos de regreso de nuestras vacaciones y tanto Fernando como yo volvimos enamorados de Los Cerros!!!!. Fue una experiencia increible realmente lo disfrutamos muchisimo. Dejamos nuestros comentarios y tengo muchas cosas positivas para decirles. Es un lugar muy calido, con muchos detalles en la decoración y el servicio que los hacen un producto excelente!. El servicio es realmente para destacar, la comida exquisita y todos los rincones invitaban a quedarse y descansar. Hicimos 2 travesias, una la del Rio Blanco que nos desviamos para llegar a la Laguna de los 3, que es un lugar paradisiaco. La otra fue la embarcación y caminata en el Glaciar Viedma, realmente increible!!
Nos encantó la habitación, realmente comodísima. Recorrí un poco más del hotel con Adela para conocer las habitaciones más Standard que son lindísimas también y la sala de reuniones. Pasé por el Spa y me mimé un poco con un masaje. La verdad es que El Chaltén tiene mucho para ofrecer y Los Cerros es una propuesta espectacular. Los chicos son muy amables, sobretodo Adela y Javier se portaron super bien con nosotros.

Quiero hacerte llegar en nombre de mi marido y mío un profundo agradecimiento por la recepción, estadía y excursiones realizadas en el Chaltén.
Nos fuimos con la mejor de las impresiones tanto del hotel, el servicio ofrecido y la amabilidad de su personal, como así mismo de las excursiones realizadas.
Mención especial para el personal del hotel y guías de excursiones, por su amabilidad, calidez, hospitalidad y profesionalismo.
Realmente pasamos unos días inolvidables y esperamos poder regresar en alguna otra oportunidad, como también recomendar el lugar a turistas y/o la realización de algún evento de la Secretaría. Nuevamente muchas gracias !!!! Gladis Purciariello.

Raquel: Acá estamos de vuelta, muchas gracias por tu organización, y me encantaría si podes transmitir nuestro agradecimiento a todos los chicos de Los Cerros que realmente fueron super atentos y amables. El hotel y sus servicios nos pareció espectacular y de la Chef ni hablar, estoy a pura ensalada para ver si bajo los kilos que me engorde. Chau gracias Lila y Alfonso Pieres.

Hola! solo quería agradecerlas, porque todavía no puedo creer lo maravilloso de los dos lugares que pude visitar. Hemos regresado del Chalten, luego de alojarnos en Los Cerros, y verdaderamente un lugar espectacular y el Hotel donde esta ubicado no tiene palabras para elogiarlo. En cuanto a la atención DIEZ PUNTOS, muy buena decoración del mismo y deliciosa la presentación de los variados menues que hemos probado.
Desde ya muy agradecido por la invitación y por favor transmitile tanto los responsables del establecimiento, como a todo el personal mis mayor deseo de éxito en este nuevo emprendimiento. Saludos Daniel Russomando.

A quien corresponda, de LOS CERROS DEL CHALTEN, en nombre propio y de mis pasajeros SR GUNTHER ENGLER, esposa e hijo, quiero agradecerles la magnífica hospitalidad que recibieron, en su reciente estadía desde el 29 al 31 de marzo pasado. Dichos pasajeros confiaron en mi elección , y yo confié en ustedes, razón por la cual me dio mucha satisfacción el buen resultado de mi gestión.
